Shrimp

Ingredients: |

|
|
1 ½ lbs medium shrimp, peeled and deveined |
|
|
|
Xochitl Chipotle Salsa Medium, ½ jar or more, to taste |
|
|
|
Rice
or Pasta, cooked |
|
|
|
Salt
& pepper to taste |
|
|
Boil
the shrimp until cooked, and drain water. Add the Xochitl Chipotle Salsa to the shrimp, and simmer
gently over low heat for 20 minutes.
Serve hot over your favorite rice or pasta. Or skip the rice or pasta, and serve with a
crusty loaf of French bread, to soak up the juices.
